ABOUT US

White Art works for anyone who wants to learn how to be a Classic or Neapolitan pizzamaker or manage a pizzeria in a professional way.
White Art is a working group made up of technicians and pizza masters who want to pass on their experience to a new generation of pizza makers and entrepreneurs of the industry.
White Art course provides a perfect simulation of daily work with a complete work station using EUROQUIP catering equipment in Sydney, providing electric, wood and gas ovens, an ideal place with a full range of pizza making facilities: a total immersion in the world of pizza maker.
 
AVPN partners
As part of the True Neapolitan Pizza Association, we are honored to collaborate in the training of future pizza chefs specialized in Neapolitan pizza. A centuries-old tradition for the most recognized product in the world. At the end of the AVPN course, the official AVPN certificate will be issued following a practical theoretical test / exam evaluated by the main office in Naples in Italy.

Mission
White Art  aims to train the best pizza-makers, to create knowledgeable, responsible, expert professionals.
With the trainers and facilities provided, the aim is to create a working group from the relations between  White Art and course participants, in a tight-knit community in order to develop the skills of pizza-makers, transmitting passion and information to everyone involved.
